What to Expect When You Choose Starry Night Lights

  1. Call, Email, or Text to set up an in-person consultation at your site. If you prefer to work over the phone we can do that too. We will just need to have accurate measurements for the parts we will install.
  2. Consultation. We will go over all the details of the system of your choice. Talk with an experienced representative that can answer all your questions. We will measure your home features and take a color scan to match your exterior trim for our exclusive designer mounting tracks.
  3. Review your formalized custom quote via your email. If everything checks out, sign our proposal and pay a 35% deposit. If you need financing, see our Pricing page to locate our Financing partner link for a quick, easy approval.
  4. Color-matched materials arrive in 1 week. At this time we will schedule your installation date, typically within the week, whatever works for your schedule. We typically will be ready to install within 2 weeks of your deposit payment.
  5. Installation day! We will spend a day or two custom building your system into your home features, with power and controls installed discreetly and safely. When it’s time to turn on your lights for the first time, we will set you up on the server and show you how to use the app. 
  6. Customize and Enjoy a luxurious glow that enhances curb appeal and brightens you property all year long.
